I called to make sure of facilities when I was still on holiday and was handled with a welcoming tone, appropriately and amazingly assured me of my purchase. My room was fresh and clean, felt so much better using the cutlery and crockery looked and was clean. The bed was comfortable and very clean. The whole environment was clean clear and cut.
